1) Service Nature

Elmenuhat services are digital services based on subscriptions (Electronic menu + QR Code + Offers management + Additional services depending on the package), and they are activated upon payment completion.

2) Refund After Activation

After activating the subscription and starting the service (such as menu design, content upload, QR Code creation, or activating memberships and notifications), the subscription fee is non-refundable.

3) Refund Before Service Start

If payment is made and the account is not activated or any service has not started within 24 hours, the client can request a full refund.

4) Technical Issues or Service Unavailability

In case of a technical failure that prevents full use of the service and the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time, the client may be compensated through:

  • Subscription extension
  • Or partial refund depending on the situation
5) Subscription Cancellation

The client can cancel the subscription at any time, and automatic renewal will stop at the end of the current subscription period, without refund for the current period.

6) Exceptions
  • Transfer fees or payment gateways (if any)
  • Custom services or special requests outside the package
